Freya's Warriors works to create a safe environment to help women shed the parts of ourselves that no longer serve them. Our goal is to help women shift their perspectives about themselves and other women. We encourage women to become their most empowered selves and to help bring other women up. It is important to us that we help women reach their maximum potential and goals.
Our expert coaches focus on helping you find and reach those goals. We want to see you walk through this world believing in yourself, with your head held high, knowing your value.
Balance
We are all trying to find balance in this new and evolving world. Learn where your center is so you can better recognize when you're becoming off balance. We will give you tools to help you create the balance you need and deserve. As women we are often taught to put our needs second to those we love, however, we will show you an alternative, healthier way of living that can help those around you with less stress. When you live in balance, you give others permission to do the same, and you also have more energy to give to the people you choose.
Coaching
Life is a journey and having a coach help you through this journey gives you a leg up in life. We care about you as an individual and your unique path. We strive to help you become your most successful, confidant self so you are not just surviving, but thriving.
