Christina was raised on a ranch in the middle of the mountains of Colorado. She has persevered through many struggles and tribulations helping her create the woman's empowerment program and coaching. She received her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology 2001 and her Masters degree in Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine in 2007 from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. She is passionate about helping others become their most healthy selves.
Coaching: Christina has been coaching people for most of her life. She has coached skiing, gymnastics, fitness, backpacking, pack trips, mountain biking, rock climbing, and health and wellness. Now, she is putting all her expertise into Womans empowerment. She has a unique way of helping you find your power.
